Our Residential department has two decades of experience in working with the developing Islamic and Sharia compliant financing products from High Street Banks. We are proud to number among our clients a number of highly respected Waqf charities in connection with property and business matters. Many of our investor clients ask that their leases are prepared to comply with Sharia requirements. Having acted for the European Islamic Investment Bank since its inception and been proud to deal with the leasing of its London headquarters building, we are well placed to assist in the structuring of large commercial ventures and liaison with Sharia Scholars and if necessary the procurement of a Fatwa or a Sharia Board.
